Don't exaggerate P_K. You do realise that Kumbles career average is about 30, do you ? And he is inarguably one of the greatest bowlers of all times. I am not arguing that Murali is the greatest cricketer of all times - I think Bradman for sure is - what I am merely saying is that Murali has achieved as much or more as a bowler than SRT has as a batsmen in terms of piling on milestones, records and winning matches for each ones respective countries. To average well over 6 wickets per test match at a lowest strike rate for a spinner for nearly 800 fricking wickets - is uncomparable and unsurmountable. Not for nothing was he rated by Wisden as the greatest ever bowler. He also holds the number 4 position in all time greatest ICC test ratings .
