I think he has become more level headed. I don't see arrogance, success has not gone to his head and is well respected by the team. In the past people were saying that his success was a stroke of luck, but he has proved other wise with his consistent performance both as a wicket keeper and batsman. I think I am stating the obvious...oh well that's what I feel. He remains the same aggressive leader as he used to be in the T20 championship. I would like to see his captaincy challenged in overseas conditions.
