Sachin=GOD Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 We seriously need to consider the possibility of Kallis breaking his record. This. Kallis is also 2-3 years younger. Absolutely no chance of that happening. Ever. Mark my words - nobody will be able to better Goddy's records of most runs and most centuries in either Tests or ODIs.
Laaloo Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 South Africa don't even play that much test cricket. I doubt of that happening.

Sachin=GOD Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 Is it time to start tracking the gap between Goddy and some other guy or is Punter going to have one last resurgence :hmmm:
mishra Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 Forget Goddy...The way its going on. Dravid vs Ponting gap will keep increasing

Manny_Pacquiao Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 the guy is having a dravid-esque slump in form. wasn't even that long ago that he was averaging almost 60. no chance of him getting close to tendulkar at this rate.
BeautifulGame Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 If Aus lose this series 2-0 and Ponting fails in 2nd test too then i can see him being dropped for our series
ankeetsinha Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 Doubt that will happen. His future will depend on how he fares against India.. if he fails or gets one odd century he is gonna be sacked for sure.. btw the gap increased by 75 after the first tests played by both of them :)

If Dravid can keep up this form till he retires, he'll be an ATG.
mishra Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 To me Dravid is ATG..... People dont recognise Dravid because he is overshadowed by Sachins parallel career. He is second best ATG batsman..... Records speak for themselves

He is second best ATG batsman..... Records speak for themselves Yeah, actually he is. But if he continues this form in his last years, he'll be recognized as ATG by everyone... not that it matters. We have produced three ATG - Sunny,SRT,RD. Viru may get there if he plays his next 4-5 years in same form.
