UG I thought you knew your cricket. Them pitches were not turning square,Nothing like it. Hafeez was bowling early because he is good against lefties. Eng batsmen were troubled by accurate bowling not turners. Most of them got out lbw or bowled.

Most of them got out lbw or bowled.[/quote'] Bud when a team goes in with 3 spinners in Hafeez, Rahman & Ajmal, and a spinner actually opens up the bowling attack with the new ball what else would I think? There were a few deliveries which did turn quite a lot even on day 1 and batting was generally extremely difficult on the pitches. In fact even if Pak had any other spinner in place of Ajmal the result would have been the same. I don't see how such a performance means Ajmal is the best spinner going around and in fact Rahman troubled England as much as Ajmal if not more.

ya first test math pitch was ok commentators actually said it helped ajmal a lot cos bcos of lack of spin his lines was straigter and helped him disguise doosra better

but i agree with one thing performance against england dont mean much but its not the wickets i saw the series i saw him dominating them..and he wask ind of go to man and with down fall of swann who do u think is best spinner in world ? atleast ajmal will keep it tight even abroad :wall:
