kumar713 Posted August 8, 2013 Posted August 8, 2013 ^ I have that full black theme. Infact, I use the "Dark Matter Subspace" theme for my whole GUI. using it for last 2 years.. It never crashed nor it corrupted. Slightly slowing down the boot though. Any good link for this theme?
randomGuy Posted August 8, 2013 Posted August 8, 2013 Chrome for everything(PC/laptop/smartphone) coz it very rarely hangs or crashes. I am not using tablet.

Nah.. not you :giggle: The problem isn't with the firefox as whole, but with your system. It must be a small problem and can be resolved.

There is a rumor that for some people, if they install chrome, their dick size increases by a couple of inches overnight. Just letting you know. :winky:

I also think so but I've been using Chrome for a long time and it hasn't given me any sort of problems so I see no reason to change the browser.

I stiff use FF most because of its addons. :--D

The thing people do not realize is that both Chrome and FF have a 12-week release version timeline and there is always a chance of regression bugs on either of the browsers. I use FF on the most harsh platform for flash viz. OS X Mountain Lion but have never faced an issue with crashes on FF. Timeline is of essence!

The important thing here is that it silently auto-updates. Meaning, all the people using chrome should see following in the "About Google Chrome" section of their chrome: 28.0.1500.95 m is the latest chrome version. Means even if they had some major regression, they can reverse the version as soon as the regression is caught. One benefit is also that it integrates well with other Google services (Hangouts, Cloud Print, Voice, Gmail/Calendar/etc) coz its also a google product. I dont know about FF but Chrome: starts fast, it bundles Flash and a good PDF reader and you won't need to separately update those all-too-common vectors for malware, loads each tab in its own process so that if one crashes, the whole browser won't be taken down, has simple to use multi-user support, has a unified address bar that works well, has Google-connected spelling suggestions, a great download status bar, and a cleaner interface.

Went to chrome://settings/passwords , This shows all saved usernames and passwords(on clicking show). I am wondering whats the rational behind showing all passwords. This shouldn't be happening, what say?
