You can opt to use a master password to have the rest encrypted, but most people probably wouldn't bother.

Like if you have delta search toolbar/homepage, search on youtube - "chrome delta removal" or "chrome delta uninstall" or similar queries. Mostly they will make you edit - chrome://settings/ and chrome://extensions/
