Make a two test tier system take Pakistan,s test status away promote them to second test tier with likes of Bdesh Ireland make dope tests mandatory so that bowlers like asif & shoaib cant fool authorities .

If BCCI - i would BAN all Autralian's from IPL (apart from Brett Lee) and all Paki-stanis. And i would bring back Ganguly, Kumble + Dravid for the World Cup. I would also impose life bans on Jadega, Nehra, Karthik and maybe few others. I would then invest in a specialist fast bowling academy in each major city headed by an Indian (not Dennis Lille who cudnt give a **** about Indian cricket), with only the top 20 retaining their place each year. This would be judged by players like Srinath+Prasad and Ravi Shastri. ALSO i would improve facilities like stadiums as at the moment bar Mohali and Navi Mumbai the grounds are in disgraceful conditions, sure they have the atmosphere but you also end up leaving with sore bums. I would also make sure never again is day 5 of a test match against Australia with a Indian victory pending, watched by a 10% crowd capacity, sure ppl are at work but in a country of 1billion ppl dont tell me u cant find 50,000 who want to watch one of the most important days in of the year, give out tickets for free if needs be. Finally as surprising as it sounds, i would forge closer working ties with Pakistan, Bangladesh and even Sri Lanka (if they stop being so unecessarily arrogant) when it comes to cricket power and racist umpires as at the moment cricket is still controlled by the english/australians administrtion e.g. why should the mcc decide on a code of conduct which their players then ignore i.e. Stuard Broad...i swear if tht was Bhajji he'd have got a life ban. Finally (last one), as painful as it is to say it, i would v queitly ask Dhoni to give up the captaincy (if he said no thts fine he can be captain), as i feel the team needs a Ganguly type character to stick up for the team and not be scared to make tough changes and not take any rubbish from the opposite on the pitch (pleases and thank yous save for the press conferance, which tbh as much as i hate him Ponting does brilliantly). Alternatives, its hard to see...maybe Shewag/Ghambhir.....worrying i cant think of anyone else!
