Ek aur launda hai mere saath, but he has a reputation for not showing up :hysterical: Smartphone nahi tha pehle to 20 mile ke radius ke baad raste dhoondne mushkil ho jaate the..now I have android power :haha:...battery saath de de bas :weights:

^ Sahi hai. 40 miles kaafi lamba hai. But it's great you are doing it. I hope it's a bike trail and not on the streets with traffic. :fear:

Most of the Indians have very small forearms. In US that is sureshot way to seperate Indians from others. Weak forearm with lot of hair :cantstop: . i am sure there are exceptions. Majority fall under this category. (Now don't go at me for stereotyping..)
looks like you are Arnold :fear:

I have done 25 miles rides many time . This one.. it is a nice ride..know some people who have done it. Mix of riverside, parks, bike-trails plus some low-traffic roads...B->

30 mts before workout took half an apple and one tea spoon of Almond butter. Incredible energy :) I had cowpea "kozhambu" (sambar) with rice in the afternoon. probably combination of both gave me lot of energy.

mhr, It comes down to work-life balance. heavy lifters, bodybuilders do take enough meals before workouts for maximum benefits. However thats their bread and butter boss. Their career, and livelihood, often depends on it. For folks like us who also have a job to do things are different. If you see my response with regards to PWO food, I do take a light meal on weekends when there is a bit more time.
sahih paa ji .. but some1 like big ronnie also a full time cop along with Mr. O title...

PK' date=' How was the ride? Any bad/good experience... hope butt is not sore. :D[/quote'] Probably one of the greatest feats of strength I have ""accomplished"" (note the quotation marks please) Here's the summary (verbatim) I wrote to a few friends of mine after the trip: Infinite badi laat padi aaj .....bond banke 45 mile ki ride pe nikla..with my swanky new samsung s3 bought only for this purpose, custom map for the ride, phone mount for bike etc...pehle baarish ne rape kar diya to 11 baje tak nikal nahi paaya...phir thand ne thoda bahut rape kiya...par vo to expected tha Uska baad pata chala ki mile 15 se mile 30 tak poora path is a ****ing sine wave...har mile pe upar phir neeche....karte karte thighs ki maa %^& gayi....kisi tarah mark 35 tak pahuncha to time hua tha 3:30...soch raha tha kya karun 10 mile bache hain aur aadhe ghante mein andhera hone vaala hai....sochte sochte cycle phisal gaya aur ***** mein chot lag gayi....phir cab mangayi kisi tarah ...cab ne destination train station pe chor diya..30 dollar thuk gaye...phir vaapis aa gaya main train se (as planned).... All in all, exciting din but dubara vo route nahi karunga jab tak lohe ke thighs nahi ho jate... Jai mata di

The most strenuous exercise I have ever done was when I went hiking up Mount Rangitoto. It takes some 1.5 hours to reach the very top. There are no paved steps, you would be walking on uneven molten lava that has cooled down over hundreds of years. There is also no food, no water and no shops available on the mountain. If you miss the last ferry going back to Auckland, you will be forced to spend the night alone on the mountain - It would be yourself and a host of animals, snakes and reptiles native to the mountain. sam3368.jpg

Excellent. Adventure mein bahot maza aata hai, even if it does not go as planned.
