I think its almost a given that our spinners will thrive on this wicket. The problem is if someone from their top order is set by the time the spinners come on they could cause some serious damage. So in short: Zaheer Khan can win us the match, Ishant Sharma can lose us the match..

They are in the driving seat, if Aus play like they used to and build a quick score we can tighten things up and bowl less attacking, however if they lose a few quick wickets while doing this our spinners will be crucial, IS has been poor and he was only picked cos of what he did last time against Aus, Pravin deserved to be in his place. Either way it will be a.draw or b. India win. Same with Ojha didnt look threatening when i saw him, could have even put Chawla instead.

Ricky ponting has made some sportind declaritions in the past but i doubt that will happen today since INdia is the opponent. He would know that and it would be a very challenging situation for him to be in. The time when tea is taken today, all eyes would on the aussie team about how they go about it regardless of how many wickets they have it with them remaining that time.

These team did not have balls to score quickly when they were down in the series. They had set batsman in Katich and Hussey, but 8-1 field they had no answer. In short they are afraid of losing, which is very unlike australian team

Australia not trying to score a win? Am surprised to see this. They are scoring merrily in their second innings so far. But in all fairness there is a large possibility of this being a draw. Would blame the wicket before blaming any of the teams for that though.
