Texy Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 if IPL is the sole reason for their decline then what happened to the Pak team? I mean they haven't played several IPLs and they have been declining faster than space shuttle Columbia towards an imminent disaster
Ram Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 The world economy might be going through a recession, but the market for anti-India rhetoric never dwindles in Pakistan. And as long as there’s a market that wants it, someone is going to give it and profit from it.
Clarke Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 His samdhi Dawood threw some notes to make an anti-India statement and this genius couldn't think of anything better.
Pak_Forever Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 Silly comments by Miandad, but what the hek...we love mocking IPL :cantstop:
Roshanrocks Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 :woot: Lalit Modi single handedly did what other teams could not?????
rkt.india Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 I think you all didnt understands what he wanted to say, JM said: The Ozziee players who couldn't play IPL because of the their international schedule got depressed when they their younger companions like Warner, Henriques, Bollinger, Marsh brothers, etc. made so much money by playing in IPL and that depression made them not perform well in Ashes..:haha:
Mamu Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 Miandad seems to be the Bishen Bedi of Pakistan' date=' says any random thing with no relevance and substance and when his opinion is not wanted and needed[/quote'] That would be an insult to Bedi. No seriously that would be. If I were the CEO of a company -- I would have a person who criticizes me and finds fault in me. This is not to say I would implement everything he says, but he could be right that one friggin time which could be worth a gazillion. It just provides a different perspective into the situation you are looking into. Whats the point of having somebody who says yes to everything you do? You want somebody to stop you on your tracks and debate you.
Raghav_12 Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 I'll not be surprised if one day he makes a statement that IPL is reponsible for global warming as well..
ravishingravi Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 He just wants his "samdhi" to be allowed investment in the teams
Debutant Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 I think the dismal season of Liverpool is because of IPL.
