And nehra and Munaf seem like they are not trying but Munaf is just not an athelete and Nehra was got countless injury problems he is recovering from. Im sure they all care.

Sreesanth is the only fast bowler who played in the victorious 2007 t 20 world cup team. He has the experience of playing the world cup and performing at the big stage. 2. He is the fastest bowler in this indian pace attack. 3. He is younger than nehra and fitter than munaf. 4. He definitely is better fielder than munaf or nehra. 5. He is a geniune wicket taker. 6. ganguly said he would have selected sreesanth in this team because he is an aggressive bowler who looks for wickets. I would say the same. we want wicket takers like sreesanth in this team. ganguly's team went all the way to finals in the 2003 world cup because we had fast bowlers who bowled fast(nehra and zaheer) and terrorized the batsmen. 2003's nehra is different and 2011's nehra is different. zaheer has become a clever bowler and still he is the best but we do need a bowler who can bowl aggressively and take wickets. 7. I still remember his celebration after he took haden's wicket in the t 20 world cup semi final. hayden scored some 70+ runs and sreesanth dismissed him with a beauty. Hayden wuda finished that match if sree didnt dismissed him. 8. If there is a person who wants to win this world cup for sachin,then it has to be sreesanth. i dont think both nehra or munaf are that emotional about sachin and want to win this world cup for him. I like sreesanth because he plays the game with passion which we dont see with munaf or nehra. 9.do we honestly expect nehra and munaf to win this world cup with zaheer? no. definitely not. sreesanth is the perfect guy to share the new ball with zaheer. people started to hate him because he went for runs against bangladesh. well, he was unlucky in the first spell and went for runs in only one over. even shoaib akthar went for runs against nz. these are flat tracks and bowlers may get smacked. but sreesanth is a wicket taker. there is a x factor about this guy which makes me to believe that without sreesanth we are not going to win this world cup. Mark my words folks. he is the guy who is going to win the world cup for us. :two_thumbs_up: don't forget sreesanth was our entry into the T20 WC in '07 bowled the last over when pak needed 1 run in 2 balls who else has achieved such a feat??

Only Sehwag, Zaheer, Raina, Dhoni come close, but others either just trying (cluelessly) too hard (likes of Kohli, Pathan, Yuvi..) or do not try at all (Nehra, Munaf, Chawla) and continue playing like zombies. It is a pity that these guys have pinnacle of passion to learn from - day in day out.. even a super-sloth like Panda would have come out better with more fire in the belly had it shared as much dressing room time with Sachin. :hail:

Baad Indian Posted March 20, 2011 Posted March 20, 2011 No matter how much we criticize Sree for his bad moments by turning a blind eye on his good moments , No1 can deny the fact that he has always played a crucial role in India's wins . It was due to Sree that we were able to win one Test match against SA in SA both during 2006/07 as well as in 2010 , he was the Man who defended 1 run from 2 balls against Pakistan in T20 WC 2007 and won the match , in the finals too he took the crucial wicket of Sohail Tanvir at a crucial junction and swung the match into our side only to take a good catch in the last over to dismiss Misbah . Sree must be expensive but he is a better wicket taking bowler compared to likes of Nehra , Munaf and a better fielder , sometimes Munaf and Nehra give the impression that they arent bothered about what goes on the field whereas Sree is always up for giving his best . Sree also carries a lucky charm with him , he has been a lucky mascot for India in the matches we have won . But since we have an egoistic rubbish captain it will be difficult to watch Sree in the world cup again , Dhoni would stick with likes of Nehra just to prove his point and ignore Sree who is a better performer and gives his 100% all time
