Ram Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 Probably wouldn’t have made much difference anyway. The Lankans pulverized our seamers to bits the last time they were in India for a bilateral series. Of all people, Zaheer Khan had an ER of 6.5 in that series! It was highly unlikely that we were going to play 3 seamers against them in the first place. Nehra’s done is his bit though. His spell in the semis was absolutely instrumental in helping us win that game! :nice:
