He is being put under so much pressure. Might have been better to get the 100th ton in an earlier game. Now everyone is talking about it. Even the golfer Lee Westwood has predicted the hundred tomorrow. :facepalm:
Just looked up wikipedia about this person and amazed to see his birthdate..24th April 1973 coinciding with sachin's birthdate

I think he's quitting either tomorrow or after he reaches his 50th ODI century. Can't see him playing ODI's beyond that. I'd like him to quit after tomorrow's match. Don't care about 50 ODI centuries, he's much beyond that.

this will be his last ODI for sure. the guy hardly played an ODI all year and after 20 years of playing, he isnt fit enough to play both formats. whether he gets his 100th hundred or not doesnt matter. he will continue playing tests so that hundred will happen soon

I for one will be believing that this will be his last game. Will savor every moment of it...whether he plays 1 ball or 100. He has been of great service to our nation and I am glad that our youngsters have him as their role model. I am sure he will be around Indian cricket after he retires...like his wife said...she knows cricket is in his blood and that is why she has not interfered or even initiated talk about retirement with Tendu. I think we will still see him in the IPL...if MI wins this year then he might quick. I am certain that he wants to win the IPL and probably the champions league as well :P Nothing to be sad about, we should enjoy his last match and I hope he enjoys it too. Cherish every moment of it. It has been a privilege Sachin to watch you play in blue colors and your influence on the next generation may long continue.

There are three people key to India's success: 1. Gary Kirsten 2. Sachin Tendulkar 3. M.S. Dhoni. I doubt two of the above three would be leaving the team at the same time. Tendulkar will probably keep playing ODI's until the team finds a new coach and get him settled in.

He will pick an choose series, and will play only the ones that he feels is important. Say the Tour downunder, English Summer or tests. But apart from that, I am sure, he will not play too many games :nice:
