Not a single UDRS review overturned and an extremely calm umpire Even Taufell got one Yuvi LBW wrong but Aleem Dar has a unblemished record :nice: ICC should really invest in getting decent umpires like him instead of shockers like Asoka De Silva

UDRS should not only be used to get decisions right. But should also be used to eliminate incompetent buffoons.

Hopefully he will soon be removed.
Asoka Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Dar and Taufel are 2 of the greatest umpires in cricket history. I havent seen Dickie Bird. Sheperd and Venkatraghavan were good but these 2 are outstanding.

Utalk Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Dar is a brilliant umpire.His calm body language is his strength.Overall I think there is a good crop of umpires coming through.Tony Hill,Bruce Oxenford and Erasmus will feature heavily in near future.
