Prakat Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 My post said it all man..why do you wanna spoon feed? Subtull! :nice:
Prakat Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 As long as they don't ask Munna to do it I am fine that is an injury risk to SRT BTW did everyone see Munna coming in a "kaccha" at the presentation ceremony?? Yup. That was either his "special" wanking kachcha or he was getting ready for ms. pandey. or maybe they're the same thing anyway....
suraj Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 Yup. That was either his "special" wanking kachcha or he was getting ready for ms. pandey. or maybe they're the same thing anyway.... but it seems likenam Poonam gave him a big KLPD anyway (& all of us too :giggle:)
Roshanrocks Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 The best was Nehra.... :hehe: Poor guys could join the celebrations with josh coz of his damaged hand :((
Ram Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 That picture tells a 100 tales. It was so moving to see EVERY single player of the Indian team, arguably in the midst of the greatest moment of the lives, literally queue up to dedicate that moment to Sachin. Come to think of it, Yusuf Pathan is one of the most explosive batsmen in world cricket for whom most other teams would kill to get in their team. That man could have easily won a couple of matches on his own, had he been given adequate opportunities. Yet, on the final day, he chose to be Sachin's parade vehicle. At a moment when they could so easily hogged all the limelight, the entire Indian contingent chose to back away and let Sachin enjoy the adulation. So proud to be a fan of this Indian team! :isalute:
vpg0002 Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 lol .. it is very much possible if he survies to stand upright with Afridi riding him. ;-)
Stuge Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 useless with bat and useless with the bowl that too on a slow pitch .On word terrible !!
Ram Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 Dont be too hard on based on this single game. The pitch was appalling, only someone as skilled as Sachin could have scored in it. Power hitters have are at a huge disadvantage and Pathan's quite clearly one.
ganeshran Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 He is a once in 10 matches firing kind of player. Also his bowling isnt good enough to justify his place based on that
maniac Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 He is a once in 10 matches firing kind of player. Also his bowling isnt good enough to justify his place based on that He is still a must for T20 though,T20 is a lottery any way and there is no doubt that Pathan is one of the best strikers of the cricket ball in the world. As long as spinners and medium pace tundlers are operating,he can be deadly dangerous and in ODI's captains have a luxury of bringing in their best bowlers but in T20 it is a different ball game.
saneindian Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Can he be looked at as an opener in t20s especially when Sehwag isn't playing? Did make his debut in the t20 WC finals as an opener and perhaps is worth a gamble at the top. yes he sucks against the short ball, but with some luck if he stays in, he could be devastating especially in the sub continent.
fineleg Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 He can be a role-model for cowlasher-gen kids like Manish Pandey, Saurabh Tiwary and Paul Valthaty

As long as we play one T20 match in a series, it doesnt really matter who plays and who doesnt. But we need a good team for the T20 championships.
NareshK Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 My God, that World Cup now seems such a long time ago. It was only 6 months ago. Just goes to show how much cricket is being played nowadays.
panther Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 what about his hundred in sa he played the short ball ok
maniac Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 what about his hundred in sa he played the short ball ok Credit were its due.It was a good innings nevertheless he scored 82 out of 105 runs against spinners+Totsobe http://www.espncricinfo.com/south-africa-v-india-2010/engine/match/463154.html?view=pvp he scored 17 off 12 balls from Morkel but was eventually out slogging to him
ViruRulez Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Problem with YP as well as IP is that they have never developed and instead become worse with time. I hated Ravindra Jadeja a few months ago due to his terrible performances but just check how he came back with a bang and improved both his batting and bowling. The Pathan brothers need to learn to improve and not just carry on to be in contention for the future. YP might be considered for T20 thats it but nothing more than that.
JeffThommo_fan Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Of the two brothers Yusuf got lucky to be on the world cup winning side. Yea, Yusuf was in both format World Cup winning teams, T20 in 2007 and ODI in 2011
sarcastic Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Back to Form on the right occasion!!! :two_thumbs_up: Pathan :hatsoff:
