ICF seems really slow for me

Earlier when creating a thread in IPL section through my cell phone it was taking some time to load, even though I was using 4g. Back on pc, site is working absolutely fine rite now.

I think the ICF changed servers when it was down for couple of days. The new server is bit slow but reliable as compared to the previous one which used to crash every now and then..
