coffee_rules Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 Mark Nick is being a bum there. He couldn't hide the gleam when he made that comment. India has got enough bad decisions and their objection to Hawkeye has to do with Indians not trusting the prediction technology. Same what most have said including Holding.
BERGKAMP Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 Nicholas is a ass licking coward. He doesn't care what he says as long as it appeals to the crowd he is hosting to. If he was doing this in India he would have no problem bad mouthing anyone or anything that got a positive reaction from that paticular crowd.
rajmarie Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 Holding.....stop critizing BCCI & talk abt WICB & WIPA & go back to WI to help ur ex team...rather then sit in Eng & earn lots of money doing commentary. Those who live in glass house should "change their clothes in basement" (filmy dialog) :haha: Although I agreed with him that ICC cricket commettee should have more powers. this group are generally made of people who have been part of cricket in 1 way or the other. But their recommendation is then put forward to executive group who probably cant even write the correctly Cricket. So that is a joke. I remember Sunny also had problem when he was part of that group.
The Realist Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 Holding = Uncle Tom figure who is now longer relevant in today's world. Nicholas = pathetic sycophant who is even hated in Aus where somehow he has got a gig on TV. Set default position to ignore.
deepak_sach Posted July 7, 2011 Posted July 7, 2011 A guy who once smashed down the stumps in anger and a guy who cheated at the toss and asked his bowler to bowl a no ball giving a speech in MCC -Spirit of Cricket. Feel sorry for ICC.

Feel sorry for ICC. I feel sorry for you because instead of discussing about the issues he discussed, you're pointing out what he did in past. Hmm... brilliant, What's the main topic? Questions and concern raised by him are right or nor? whether Holding should say those things or not? It looks like youtube comments, where people just post as much as they can about the person in the video etc and not discuss the content of the video. At least forum members shouldn't do that.
Texan Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 Michael Holding is known to be anti-Indian. If ECB had said the same thing, he would have blindly accepted it. Another racist just like his fellow Jamaican Steve Bucknor.

You failed to understand my point.I was saying it is dumb to pay heed to the comments made by Mr.Nice-person-Michael-Holding.
Tapioca Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 You failed to understand my point.I was saying it is dumb to pay heed to the comments made by Mr.Nice-person-Michael-Holding. In 2003, the lecture was given by someone who nearly walked out of a test match over an lbw. In 2004, it was a captain who too nearly quit a test match over umpiring (in the same match as the wicket-kicker). Last year it was someone who confessed using bottle tops for ball tampering. MCC should get the Pope to deliver the sermon next year :winky:
Tapioca Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 Wow...Everybody hates us.It means we are doing well :winky: Pakistan must be doing even better than us
mishra Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 Ingrates Pakistanis.... We had our hands dirty helping them. I m sure their will be few Pakistanis in the crowd cheering as well.
