Prakat Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 In my opinion the puchkas in Kolkatta are the best I have ever had. Have to +1 this. It is miles ahead of anything you get anywhere else. Delhi comes close but only so far. You have to try the puchka in Cal to know what it is all about.
