As for the losing statistics, Bangladesh should not sweat a lot over it. Yes, it is embarasing to lose to a country playing its first test in 6 years, but look at India, Pakistan and SL. How many years did it take for these countries to really make a mark on Global Cricket ? So I think , Bangladesh needs to groom some nice youngsters and give them opportunity to play a lot of cricket. That is the only way to develop and player and a system.
