Who is better of these : RP, Munaf, Ishant, Sree, Vinay, Mithun ?
RP is the only one who has shown consistency in a series against good sides. Sree is inconsistent. he can be good one day.. but sh** next 10 days. Ishant is somewhat like him. At peak form RP tends to do well reasonably consistently not in spurts.

This thread is as stupid as it gets. On an easy paced pitch your batting did **** all and got bowled for 224 and you have the gall to blame the bowlers.

Yes but given the form he is in, his pace is down, I am not too sure he would be as effective as he was perhaps in the last outing in 2007. But I would definitely give him a chance in the 4th test ahead o either of Sree and Ishant.

You know our bowlers are **** when they can't bowl well in English conditions. Face it, playing at home all the time and away with Zaheer inflated our rankings a bit. Simple as that.

Two separate things no. We can start a thread stating 'batsmen are ****' too. Its all a bit rudderless.

you can't blame the bowlers anymore than batsmen....actually our batting has always been our strength and they failed miserably

Our bowling is not really our strength, the bowlers expect the batsmen to put runs on the board. In that sense I don't understand why it isn't related.

As bad as they are, still the two best test match bowlers in the country. Outside them you have the likes of Munaf, RPS, Irfan, Balaji, Mithun and Unadkat who have played tests for India. Then there are Sudeep Tyagi, Umesh Yadav, Vinay Kumar, Ashok Dinda, Pankaj Singh, Dhawal Kulkarni, etc who have played in the ODIs (been picked for the ODIs). The next set has the likes of Varun Aaron, Deepak Chahar, Pawan Suyal, Abu Nechim, Sumit Narwal etc. Not sure how many of those outside the present bucnh in team India is ready for test cricket yet.
