Tiger80 Posted August 14, 2011 Posted August 14, 2011 The problem is that we don't have millionth of the talent the Windies had. On serious side its not about talent but about genetics and race.I think everybody knows that Blacks dominate the world of athletic sports .So It is natural for west indies to produce fast bowlers
Pagalpanti Posted August 14, 2011 Posted August 14, 2011 That's the plan brah. Aaron, Yadav, Tyagi and Dinda are our Marshall, Garner, Roberts and Holding. :yay: If these are the bowlers in reserve then I pity our future :(( They are nothing more than trundlers, also Aaron and Yadav are being hailed as next big thing but like always they'll be there for a season and become trundlers like others. We've produced quicks but we can't maintain their fitness. Munaf, Sree, Ishant, Munaf, RP, Irfan, Balaji.. all started with 140k+ and ended up being 120-125k bowlers.
rkt.india Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 @pagalpangti bhayo parhan, rp, ishant, sreeshanth, balaji were not 140k to start with. they never bowled 140k in FC. they bowled decent fast spells here and there at international level when in rhythm and form, but I do not term them into genuine fast bowlers. They all are at best medium fast to fast medium. In fact, RP was bowling 125k in his first ODI, Pathan and Balaji was around 130K in their early days. IN fact Balaji debuted against WI in ODI and he was more of 124-125 K bowler and was thrashed by Wavel Hinds and could only bowl 3 overs in that match.
deepak_sach Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 i don't know about present brother ,but i have been having a strange dream from past few months that our quest for fast bowling bunch and fast bowling alrounder bunch is going to happen in near future,i know some will say i am mad or what but i have strange feeling something good is going to happen . very good very very good so india wll become a superpower cricket nation by 2020???:hysterical:
