I am not a glory hunter. But this is truly one pathetic effort from India. Virtually a no contest. It can even turn netural fans away. I just decided to skip it. Nobody knows the solution. But all i can say is India's honeymoon is over. So as fans we have to significantly lower our expectations.

I'm checking the score periodically on Cricbuzz/Cricinfo (heaven knows why, just to see another PIETERSEN FOUR!!!) out of habit but that's about it. Its the complete lack of fight which is causing my disinterest in these players. If we were fighting it out and still getting beaten, my interest would still have been there as it has been in most of our defeats. But this is capitulation, total surrender, not for one or two days but four whole Test matches. England are breaking records for fun.
