Take a guess Mr NRI with his head shoved up his ****.
Already did. :giggle: That glorious statement of yours - North and South are different yada yada - had it been uttered by a Pakistani, would have invoked a different kind of response already. [iCF end of road discussion mode on] Unless you are a Pakistani posing as NRI. [iCF end of road discussion mode off]

Mr Lurker' date=' ease of the steroids and you'll see the light.[/quote'] lol. dude using sarcasm against somebody who is in shape is so 1800s. Come back with something original. And get cracking on those gym routines, you know you need it :--D

The south are stuck in their own little bubble and the north don't care about anything. Seriously, the north and south are so different in terms of everything -- food/architecture/business etc
Its evident you know nothing about India. Forget north or south, neighboring states can be very different from one another if they were different nations by themselves.
By the way the timeframe here, 2009, is the year in which Bihar recorded the fastest growth rate amongst Indian states. http://ibnlive.in.com/news/bihar-fastest-growing-state-cm-lauds-better-law-order/108181-3.html Does PC know his numbers, or is he one of those closet Southies who think they are inherently better than certain parts of the nation?? Idiot.
Why blame him for stating the truth ? Do you think its solely his fault ? It often happens that the state govt does not get along with the center (for whatever reasons) which would not provide the required assistance a state may need but does that block lets say Gujarat in its road towards prosperity ?

There is no such thing as Kannedda (Canada). Its the biggest con job of our times. Have you ever heard of anybody saying they support the Canadian cricket team? They all support India or Pakistan or West Indies or Kenya. Nobody ever supports Canada. eg: Ludhianvi, Rajeev, RahulRulezz,Celine Dion all support Indian cricket team. Have you ever heard of any Canadian? I haven't. They all are either Indians and other migrants or they are to be US citizens. Canada is not a country. It is a modern age substitute for Ellis Island. Everybody goes there with a view of eventually going to the US. Just a pits stop. And if you included UAE (West Kerala) in India, it wouldn't impact our growth rate positively. Those remittances wouldn't count then. :((

1) It is factually incorrect, specially in the time frame, check the stats. 2) Every country will have this inequality. Developed countries are no different where the growth rate of California would be different to almost 4/5th of the nation. 3) Gujrat's prosperity can not be compared to a state like Bihar (say). Gujarat has always been a rich(er) state compared to many others. Like many other rich economies it benefits from a sea route that has always worked for it historically (and also made it a target of many an attacks). Taking nothing away from Gujrat's success it is good to see things in complete perspective. By the way Gurcharan Das's book India Unbound, has a good theory about why Gujratis have succeeded in modern post liberalisation economy. You may want to read upon it, if you havent already. xxx

This is a well known fact. Lets add to the fire :finger: 'In the north, the baby factories and in the south, jobs and growth factories!' http://www.rediff.com/getahead/report/india-demographic-dividend-education-youth/20110318.htm
Alarming writeup to say the least. Back to PC's comment, whether true or not, you don't discuss parts of your country in a derogatory way when discussing it with a foreign official unless the context of the talk merits such distinction.
