First time, I saw him putting some effort in his bowling in 6 matches he has played for India. His pace was up whenever he bowled to KP than usual he bowls, but was back to normal pace against Cook. Overall, he has bowled well till now in this match.

I agree Vinay bowled well, did get some bounce ocassionally to surprise the batsmen, he gets a good swing away generally , hasn't been able to do that in international games though.At his pace he needs to work on seam , swing ,bouncer today was a good change.I wish there were a few test's along with one dayers, England look unsure of themselves, they are not quite sure outside England.It would have been a good chance for India to beat them in test's.Trott was not the same player we saw in Englad, KP not sure how to play, spinners seem to tie them down.

Actually vinay kumar hit many batsman in the irani trophy game also and now this game ,may be batsman think with his action he will be 120 but he is actually 130+ and gets some nip off the pitch.

Overall, he has bowled well till now in this match. His performance showed two things : 1. Trundlers can increase their speed by 10 Kmph, if they put some effort. With hard work they can do it on consistent basis and bowl at 85mph+ consistently with accuracy. 2. Bowlers who compromise with speed to achieve accuracy will be more effective when they don't lose pace and try to bowl at higher speed.

First of all congrats on the result great team effort we set up the innings in fine style before MS played a true captains knock! Thought we bowled and fielded really well too and I like the look of Yadav good to have someone bowl so well at the death! I mean to post my series prediction before yesterday but did not get a chance! SO here it is! We play 5 matches and I go into every match that we play looking for a win so yeah 5-0! I can't give the opposition one victory it just wouldn't feel right.
