He batted superbly at oval in odi with Jadeja. Genuine class and technique on a pitch very different from mumbai pitch. And today looked so elegant and classy. Shows he is not just batting well on this track as done it elsewere. Real ability with bat as used to open batting at junior level. In the fight for number 1 spinner spot with oijha it is even. But Ashwins batting takes him waay ahead. His batting will be much more consistent then bhajis 2 a year explosions, as ashwin is technically sound and has time at crease. He looks a genuine all rounder.
