it is merely an inflammation and nothing else..people are making too much out of this now..yes..after this series he will have to go for a surgery..and good only..as he would miss IPL etc...according to me ishant must be preserved only for test series

i cannot understand this..this person played one full series without any break..and was clocking 90mph also...was even reversing the ball..and now all of a sudden he seems to be injured...if he was injured, he would not have bowl like this against west indies..he was faster than umesh n aaron most of the time...

Not really.Rediff is saying team mgmt will decide on whether they need a back up for Ishant or not not about replacing him.

i just cant see us taking 20 wickets big blow man. Only way is for us to bat out Aus for which our batsman need to fire on a consistant basis.
