I am not sure if you are watching the match because if you did you would know that he was India's best bowler and he was very unlucky to not get wickets. Troubled almost every batsman, cant believe people jumping on the gun without even knowing what they are talking about.

Well my friend it was his spell that caused Pontings dismissal, his 6 over spell was very intense and he troubled Ponting so much that he fished one outside off stump and got out.

wasnt looking bad bowled good ones problem is his length if u want to go for wickets u need to bowl full at this lengh when ball would do something it iwll beat the bat by mile! i wont mind him going for some runs but getting some wickets good thing zack got u those 2 quick ones so now its equal at end of today

He's becoming the new Harbhajan Singh - always picked irrespective of declining performances. Does not make the batsmen play enough and simply does not take enough wickets. He has not improved at all in the past few years and there is only so long a team can carry a passenger.

Surely this won't be the reason. He has shown enough to take wickets before. Just because his strength is not the strength of others, does not been he can't do it. Only watched the first session today, but Sharma bowled a really good couple of spells. But I am not sure the new ball does a lot given his natural length. Would be more inclined to give it to Yadav.

He bowled well in patches even in England but didn't get much wickets, I hope it doesn't happen on this tour as well. He is bowling at a decent pace and missing the bat, but no one remembers it unless a bowler have a 2-3 wickets to his name. Lets see how he bowls in the rest of the series.

Awesome performance, 91/2 in the entire test including a tailender's wicket on a green top. If any of the Koomarrs had managed this, their heads would be on the line. But hey, Isshannt is a phaasstt bowler, nvm he doesn't quite bowl in the corridor. Praveen would be miles better than this guy and yet gets all the flak when talking about team selection.
