Spiderguy252 Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Dravid, Tendulkar, Sehwag, Gambhir stay. The rest of them can leave, starting with that muppet MS Dhoni and his comrade in arms, Virat "Matherchod" Kohli.
Sachin=GOD Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Plz move this thread to Jokes section this.
Cricketics Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 i dont think he was EVER a great player to be honest. you wanna see dravid at his best? take a look at what he 'did' in australia in 1999, south africa home and away in 2000 and 2001, australia at home in 2004, south africa in 2006. i urge anyone who reads this post to look at the man's STATS on those tours. those are top quality bolwing attacks. see what your HERO did against those teams and against those bowlers and THEN TELL ME IF U THINK HE DESERVES TO BE CALLED A GREAT PLAYER. great players do well against great teams. he has never done that. good riddance to bad rubbish. **** off dravid, you 'CHAMP'. and dont let the door hit u on the way out, you piece of ****. Pakau bhai, jaada pakaa naa.. Don't forget the 2000 tour where he was scoring single handedly. Who won the greatest test match of all time?? Laxman?? yes, but alone? nO.. WITH WALL. who won the adelaide?? baap of all no. 3.. DRAVID. when we won again in PERTH in 2007-09.. YOURS TRULY MR. DADDY WALL AGAIN SCORED 93.. THE HIGHEST SCORE IN THAT MATCH. During the only test victory on 07 TOUR TO west indies. THE CAPTAIN WALL scored fighting fifty on batsman murder track to ensure INdia win it's first every test series in windies since 1971. When team was struggling in Hamilton, in 1998.. tall stood the wall and scored twin tons. I can go on and on. One can only be a fool to question Dravid's ability to score when it matters the most. WALL STANDS FOREVER TALL IN FRONT OF ALL INDIAN BATS. FTW.
BeautifulGame Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 I thought there are only section of fans who hate Sachin and Dhoni as they are our 2 most celebrated players. Good to see there are few who are obsessed with Dravid too.:yay:
BeautifulGame Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 As for those jokers who question Dravid's greatness he top scored in both our away wins in Australia (Perth and Adelaide ) , Both our away wins in West Indies tour (2007 and 2011) ,Series decider in Pakistan. He probably top scored in more of our away wins than Sachin Laxman and Sehwag combined. This apart from his Marathon series in England twice and some great knocks in Newzealand.
Manny_Pacquiao Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 He probably top scored in more of our away wins than Sachin Laxman and Sehwag combined. . couldnt be more wrong. http://stats.espncricinfo.com/ci/engine/stats/index.html?class=1;home_or_away=2;result=1;team=6;template=results;type=batting why don't you address the very first post i made on this thread/?

ganeshran Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 No. Dravid has a good amount of cricket left in him.
master22 Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Only of icf we will have threads on dropping currently india's most inform batsman:cantstop:
Stuge Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Ehh ?Too much of patiala Peg and producing gems like these here .WOW .
SachDan Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 After watching Dravid bat in both innings' I do think Mannny and pp have a valid point (albeit harshly in manny's case).. Lets see how Dravid copes up with more batting friendly surface at SCG.
master22 Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 After watching Dravid bat in both innings' I do think Mannny and pp have a valid point (albeit harshly in manny's case).. Lets see how Dravid copes up with more batting friendly surface at SCG. So he should retire just because of 2 innings when there are others in the team who struggled for the past 2 years.

Lets see how Dravid copes up with more batting friendly surface at SCG. we forgot England series so easily....no comments about some 'Other' batsman that time :winky:
bulbul Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 So he should retire just because of 2 innings when there are others in the team who struggled for the past 2 years. for that guy except his god only other good player in this planet is Shreesanth...what else u excpet..
Manny_Pacquiao Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 So he should retire just because of 2 innings when there are others in the team who struggled for the past 2 years. LMFAO. NOW THIS IS HILARIOUS. dravid has been a COMPLETE AND UTTER FAILURE over the last 3/4 years in test cricket. the england series is an aberation in the middle of a LONG LINE of FAILURES. pretty much every single indian batsman bar the crap ones like raina, dhoni, etc. have outscored dravid. go check the stats from 2009 onwards til today and tell me where dravid stands in comparison to tendulkar, laxman, gambhir, sehwag, etc. its amazing how u ppl are so ****ing clueless about things.
surajmal Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 if dravid hadn't score that century in the 1st test of west indies series, he likely would have been dropped.
