India-KXIP fan Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 He was way to quick for Beijing silver medalist and former world champ. A thrashing.
Malcolm Merlyn Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 Devendrooo wins....yea..... Sent from my GT-I9103 using Tapatalk 2
Sachin=GOD Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 Wins it 16-11 against a former World Champion and Olympic Silver medalist. :adore: :adore:
BeautifulGame Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 Devendro enters the QF :yay: 16:11 Anyone know how good this Paddy Barns guy is who Devendra will face in QF?
jind Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 What a match by Devendro Singh Laishram... Great. He's the quickest Indian boxer I've seen so far albeit in a lighter division. Excellent!!
Crookbond Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 He made him look like a rookie to be honest. Purevdorj is no ordinary boxer. He earned a "silver" at Beijing 2008 after having a shoulder injury 1 month before the games. His final bout was stopped due to "injury" and he settled for silver.
putrevus Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 All indian boxers are fighting technically very good fight knowing how to score points.
The Outsider Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 good on saina she was waiting to enquire about her Wang and did not celebrate. We will take it though. But guys like Harsha need not wax poetic "what a great reward for the years and years of toil that Saina has put in while no one was watching. poignant but a win nonetheless." She was world no4 and she reached semis and she was losing her match if not for injury.Let us not get too crazy here. Huh? She lost the first set closely and could easily have come back. If sportsperson start thinking like that they might as well pack up and leave after the first point.
nikred Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 Now should we wait for another 5 hours to reconfirm the win?

As I pointed out before, Wang played an injured opponent in the QF too.
