I always remember Kumble for what he did in test matches, never letting batsmen off the hook and consistently applying pressure and this is what makes a great, not an ODI bowler (who has played 50 games more and counting) who bowls to the tailend and has played mostly in Asia. No one will remember Afridi as a great, whereas Kumble has his name already set in stone.
