Its head to head first but In that case head to head cannot decide. As BD India SL all 3 have 1 win and 1 defeat , so it will go on nrr.

clearly this seems to be a much bigger deal for pakistan. In india there isnt that much of an interest. even i wont care much if we lose- bowling is pretty poor and we need big batting performance to win
