1983-2011 Posted March 5, 2012 Posted March 5, 2012 Former Indian World Cup winning captain Kapil Dev has hit out at MS Dhoni's decisions as a captain and even called him 'seemingly biased'. Speaking to a leading national daily, Kapil lashed out at Dhoni and questioned his decisions like backing RP Singh and Suresh Raina. "A captain should not only be fair but also appear to be so as well. Of late he has given reasons to raise doubts about him," Kapil said. "Why was RP Singh chosen to play in England? Why is Suresh Raina given such a long rope? Why was Manoj Tiwary not played at all in Australia," he added. Kapil also felt that Sourav Ganguly would make a good coach but also added that none of the Indian players would want an Indian coach as that would cause too much interference in the team. "I know Sourav Ganguly can make a good coach but the Indian players would never want him or any other Indian coach, because they feel he would interfere too much.
