its a no brainer .has to be srilanka easily.ohh common i cant understand why icc ask us to play all those craps super eights and league matches in every worldcup knowing very well that only one team semifinal minimum is sure and thats us lions lol.our performance in worldcup 1996-winners,2003-semifinal,2002 champions trophy-winner,2007-final,2011-final,t-20 2009-final,t-20 2010-semifinal,t-20 2012-semifinal minimum till now .lol wat an acheivement for a little island.dream on india and now dont whine no point going so far if one cant win .actually beleive me consistency in all world cups is much much better than winning once in a blue moon and loosing 9 super eight games in a row lol.

The problem afflicting this team is not Sehwag's form (or the lack of it). Barring our win in the inaugural edition of the tournament in 2007, we never have and never will be a good T20 team because we lack quality bowling all-rounders that every other quality T20 team possesses. Because of this fundamental weakness, this batting unit will continue to struggle to post challenging scores, especially when there's help in the pitch for the bowlers or when confronted with a quality bowling attack. We struggled in 2009 in England and 2011 in West Indies. Why should this edition be any different? Its like we know we have a mouth ulcers (lack of all-rounders), but keep applying pain-relieving ointment (shifting around openers) on our knees.

You sound as if India should stop playing T20 intls all together.Coming back to your point,if the team doesnt have bowling allrounders,then why not play the best we have,why chop n change unncessarily.

They're trying to create quality bowling all-rounders out of players who are not quality bowling all-rounders. When the team opens up with Irfan and plays Aswhin at no.8 ahead of Bhajji, its like they're to fool us into thinking 'Oh look, these are 2 good bowlers who can bat too..'..

Cannot believe team made up of players like Arafat, nazeer and afridi is fav to win against us.

No offense to Pakistan fans, but I feel Pakistan have rode their luck so far. Dropped catches of their batsmen, after that in NZ match Rosco dropping himself so much down the order and then stupid run-out. Then in SA match their middle order got exposed while chasing 134 until ABDV made blunders and Gul got away with his blind slogs. You can't convincingly say that Pakistan are better than India. There are some obvious weaknesses such as collapse prone middle order, hit or miss openers, pace bowling. Its upto big teams to exploit them. Though as the tournament goes ahead pitches will get more drier and their spin attack will become more and more dangerous.

might i add, last time pakistan played Australia they lost by 94 runs, and watto and warner made 100 in 10 over, so its not like their spin attack is immune to big hitting.
