It's a shame really...people like him are and were assets for BJP. Now they are being hounded out in an autocratic way...all these things used to happen in Congress... What is this tallest leader BS. Modi has effing won only in Gujarat. He's effing being projected as some sort of Messiah... The guy lost elections in Uttaranchal, Himanchal, Karnataka, and previously in UP, where BJP came fourth... So what if he was being criticised by this guy. Being his own partyman, why not Modi gets bit "big hearted" and talked to him and tried to allay his concerns? Is he hell bent on dismantling BJP? I fear he might even hound out Shahnawaz Hussain and Naqvi to project himself Hindutva Messiah... ++. BJP is messing it up big time. And I don't believe what he said was wrong at all.

Sounds more like a case of his phekupanti or a gross misunderstanding of economics. The funny bit is he could have still made his point because India's expenditure on education is 10% of the budget. For starters, as able an administrator as him can't understand that a country allotting 20% of its GDP for education is borderline insane.

In recent years it was 3.7 and then 4% in 2012.
