Ever heard of out of context? Watch the full video and let me know what things you feel are indecent. Imo,the full video was excellent. It's great to see that even in 2001, there was a someone who had great clarity about tackling terrorism unlike Rajdeep who back in 2001 was also only twisting the words. The points he made stands true even today. Of course, some sickularists will refuse to admit certain things about terrorism.
um what  There is nothing out of context here. Modi is making the same point in both versions of the video. He clearly says Muslims have divided the entire world into three regions, which includes using violent struggle to convert the entire world or pertinently here the country to Islam. Tells a lot about a potential PM candidate that he considers Muslims are out to convert the entire country. That point has nothing to do with Islamic fundamentalism, it just shows his worldview about muslims as a people. Of course his "moderate" bhakts have a blind spot when it comes to Modi's communalism and this is music to the ears of his chaddi bhakts who most probably share the same thoughts.

Haha, you still didn't watch the entire video. Please help yourself and watch it, instead of whining non-stop. I guess your hatred for Modi has made you blind. Modi talked about terrorism and that includes some hard facts which you will never accept as you pride yourself on secular burqa. Religion wasn't the issue, but for weak minded creatures like yourself, you can only think using Lahori logic. That video will only adds value of Modi in showing his good clarity in tackling terrorism even back 13 years ago. Of course, you don't won't to actually solve terrorism as that would hurt your pride and thus your reaction and dissatisfaction with Modi is obvious.

Getting personal just shows you have nothing else to defend your bhagwaan with. Carry on :giggle:

Oh right, you never got personal. You started the debate by posting a purposely edited video and now are only running away from the discussion. That's why weak is a right attribute to describe you. Btw, it aren't really personal, there are enough reasons posted but you are blind enough and will happily refuse to tackle terrorism as after all that is secular for you. So, I can only say, may God help you. :giggle:

fas-jaaZWWM This is the actual video. Good and clear answers said by Modi and really nothing against any religion. The above user only posted some edited segments to manipulate and create a false perception. Some cheap propaganda there.
TFS. What we can see how Rajdeep and MSM was hounding on Modi, twisting his words, asking tough hardball questions even back then! It has not changed even now. It is amazing that Modi has come out trumps and is the PM candidate against all odds , despite the negativity.

The way Modi is being hounded, I hope he keeps note of all these and sorts out each and every one, given a chance... If he's a bad*****$, the way he's made out! then let he be... Let the fun begin...

Running away  From what discussion, exactly? You didn't post anything to defend or counter what he actually said in the video. I watched the entire video. Nothing of which discounts the point that he made in shorter version or makes it appear out of context. Modi wasn't talking about Islamic terrorists in the clip. He is talking about muslims as a whole, which shows how he views muslims. The rest of your post is just ad-hominem which I don't really have the time to indulge in.

Kishwar informs us of the troubled history of Godhra, and its long history of communal riots from 1925 till 1992, post Independence, all under the Congress government. The worst riots in post partition India happened in 1969 in Ahmedabad where 5,000 Muslims were killed with the Congress in power under Chief Minister Hitendrabhai Desai. Does anyone ask about what action was taken against the perpetrators, what charge sheets were filed? In 1985, under Congress Chief Minister Madhavji Solanki, again there was a major communal riot preceded by smaller ones, with curfew lasting over 200 days. 1987 and 1990 again saw communal riots in Gujarat, under Congress Chief Ministers Amar Singh Chowdhery and Chimanbhai Patel. Let the people judge for themselves who the real Maut ka Saudagar is. Kishwar extensively quotes Zafar Sareshwala, a respected Gujarati Muslim entrepreneur, who started by wanting to take Modi to the International Court of Justice, and ended up by becoming his friend, after he met him in London in August 2003, and was astonished by his sincerity, his openness, and his good intentions for the Muslim community. .... Modi's earliest statements after becoming Chief Minister are that of a statesman. They reveal his sagacity, patriotism and secularism, and not a trace of communalism is evident in them. He speaks of the common cause of Gujaratis, the power of oneness, combating corruption, farmers' concerns, border and maritime security, poverty reduction, rural uplift. His slogan was Sabka Saath, Sab ka Vikaas, and he used his leadership and the entire governance structures to translate this into action. Gujarat had 11 universities in 2001. Today, there are 44, including a Sanskrit university. What the Congress and its communal allies (who derive their political sustenance only by keeping Hindu Muslim division alive for ever) cannot stomach is that Modi has kept Gujarat riot free for the last 12 years, something that never happened from 1925 for 75 years, the worst and with the most bloody riots happening under the Congress rule.

Well it is funny to to see how pseudo secular chaddis are in a twist. ( pun intended ) I won't use the word liberal since these voices seem to be quiet in other instances. But it is a nice feeling to see them all agitated and rattled. In desperation, we are seeing some stupid claims being made.

Looks like psudo secular con party supporters are rattled.Initially they thought Modi will spew venom against certain community and pseudos can hold hands of each othet and sing I told you so. But now no controversial comments, have to fall back kn nitpicking

Modi clearly said there is no problem with the religion. But yet, your post and thinking is just generic. It works like the following, just because Modi has said so, it must have some double meaning. Of course, it is clear to understand that you have got your priorities all wrong. For you, terrorism is secular and thus your refusal to tackle it and admit some hard reality like which Modi mentioned. Instead you are only making up with false accusations against Modi. Try defeating terrorism instead of supporting it with your secularism burqa. /End
