I can remember that in the Asia Cup, Nasir Hossain and jahurul islam where finding it impossible to play malinga, at the same time when tamim, shakib and riad were making him look like any other bowler. When u get used to playing malinga he will look blunt...thats why youve seen how easily ABCD punished Dale steyn in that match

True that but Im just giving a related example. Id rate Morne a better death bowler. Even parnell is good too. And y bring Dhoni into it? Any bowler that Dhoni cant punish is abnormal @VILANDER: Our other batsman suck even more than ones mentioned, if you dont bring the stat of the other batsman it wont make a fair comparison

Rohit is one of those odd players who seems better than any other batsman when he plays in the domestic circuit but when it comes to inlt cricket even irfan pathan looks more comfortable. Its a problem of mindset. If you look at guys like sehwag, gambhir, tendulkar, dhoni they dont make Malinga look anything special. Thats one thing IPL has done for India. The players have gotten used to playing against different players. However, no matter what Indian bowlers will continue to get pawned against Gayle. Everyone would :-p

ah..well tendulkar too is not that gr8 against malinga and ipl is not the factor i can assure u that its just that we play well in odis specially in these conditions i think average of every bowler would be higher against us :dontknow:

you said those guys make him look like any other bowler, does not seem like it. Only Murali fares better than malinga in the games against BD in which malinga bowled. In contrast Indians especially make him look bad, look at his average and strike rate
