Sreesanth is back after surgery Posted by South Buzz /June 3, 2012 Speedster Sreesanth is back in India after surgery on his toes. Sreesanth tweeted last week, informing that the surgery was successful, thanking the BCCi and Dr James Colder and physio Ashish Kaushik. Ūt is another two weeks and then six months of rehabilitation @nca Bangalore, Sreesanth tweeted, asking fans to ÅÑlss do pray for me nd my health.. Will surely work really hard.. Very common in medical circles here. I actually wanted to do ortho, but it's really long hours. Very interesting area, particularly hand and wrist surgery for me. There are jokes about each specialty but orthopods do get the most thrown at them.

Did he have surgery on both his toes? Thought it was only for the right toe. Good luck to him and wish him a speedy recovery. The road ahead is going to be very tough, but do hope to see him play for India again.

Yeah think so. It seems like an autoimmune condition that's why it is bilateral and uncertainty of his comeback. No one has been told the diagnosis but if it's autoimmune it could keep happening again. If it was a fracture/ligament injury it wouldn't be as much of a big deal.
