rkt.india Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Gul...Junaid :hysterical: Test Philander Broad Steyn Hilfenhaus Zaheer Anderson Cummins Bracewell Pattinson Martin Cummins played one test and you have put him in top 10. I guess Umesh Yadav must be there too in place of Cummins.
daryl1985 Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 1. Steyn 2. Anderson 3. Harris (when fit) 4. Morkel 5. Broad 6. Siddle 7. Zaheer Khan 8. Hilfenhaus 9. Pattinson 10. Philander
SLICKR392 Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Cummins played one test and you have put him in top 10. I guess Umesh Yadav must be there too in place of Cummins. Single test against saffer but he was 'that' good IMO. I wouldn't rate Yadav yet.
MechEng Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Single test against saffer but he was 'that' good IMO. I wouldn't rate Yadav yet. That makes Ishant Sharma look like an all time great. Ishant's spell at Perth was 10 times better than Cummins spell vs SA. Though the fact is Ishant is **** now. Looking at the way Cummins is getting repeatedly injured, forget being in top 10 his Test career is not secured right now.

It's all about the quality of deliveries you bowl, that is how a class of a bowler is defined. And Ishant's spell could well be one of the reasons of Australia's downfall from an invincible team to a decent team. After the Perth defeat in 2008, the body language of the Aussie players wasn't the same as it used to be during their world beating days. Just look at his deliveries, pure class.......Too bad his standards have gone down badly now. SLICKR392 Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Cummins' spell wasn't that good. Yadav's spell at Perth was far better. I believe this thread is based on individual opinions. Also, it was a match winning performance by him. The crucial breakthrough of ABD changed the match. That makes Ishant Sharma look like an all time great. Ishant's spell at Perth was 10 times better than Cummins spell vs SA. Though the fact is Ishant is **** now. I rated them by their recent performance. If you go way back to Ishant's spell at Perth '08, then there are a lot other good spells on the way to 2012.
adi B Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Where is Varun Aaron? Biased bastards. he is beyond this ranking sh1t...he is immortal, beyond these small ratings done by us :beee:
