CG Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 it was so bizzarre they kept telling it is out of warranty despite their site showing my warrantly expires only in 2015. Then i sent the screenshot. Only after that they are sending something. This is in contrast with Logitech's service. My G35 headphone was found broken. Not sure how. Serial number was not visible. So not sure if it was in warranty. I explained to Logitech. They asked me to send the broken one. WIthout question they sent a brand new one to me. I actually gave up on their hdd due to service.My experience with wd has been good so far ,just start a case through cs or their website and they arrange a pickup and mostly they give you a new drive unlike seagate where i had to stand in line in front of their cs.

It's better to delete movies. It's better to keep only those files which will really be used again.

Its Pictures downloaded from the internet....30 GB worth of Pics and that too no personal piics,I can clearly smell the BS here,.. I mean I can relate to 70 GB worth of Songs because I have a 160 GB IPOD which has 30GB-40 GB worth of Songs....For Eg,I downloaded Ilaya Raja and A.Rehman full compilation and that was around 4 GB,Add all Hindi,English compilations 70 GB is not surprising to me at least.
