Gambhir has been our worst player in T20s for a while.
Dhoni and Gambhir both can be ranked as our worst T20 player. To be honest, India has a very poor T20 side with only 2 T20 players - Raina and Yuvi. Rest are all ordinary.

I am sick and tired of this Gambhir bashing. I am a pakistani and from the indian team I dislike him most to be honest, but this never-ending critisizm of him is getting out of the control. Even in T20s you need a player who can bat through and today you could see that he was trying to give strike to Rahane who was hitting well. When you have Kohli, Raina, Yuvraj and Sharma coming in next one player needs to bat through and he tried that. Even during one of the Test matches where wickets were falling around him, most posters were bashing him instead of the batsmen falling like flies around him, what on earth is that?

Our pace seamer were quite excellent, all the pressure was released by part timers Part timer of 7.4 overs with an run rate of 10.15 scoring 75 with a strike rate of 163 (55% of runs scored from part timers )

Both Virat and Jadeja over bowled. I would say it was dumb on Dhoni to leave both your best spinners out and rely on a bowling attack which was extremely low on confidene. Dinda wsa just recovering from last ball six from his last game. Debutant Kumar is the opening bowler Ishant Sharma the third seamer isn't the best world 2020 bowler. He's in and out of the side. With this pace line up, you gotta have your regular spinnrs. I don't know what Dhoni was thinking of leaving both Ashwing/Ojha out. Luckily all our seamers bowled great today and we made a game of this.

We need ojha and Ashwin to repace Jadeja and Rohit Sharma Yuvraj limitation was found out(England batsman were playing on front foot, but Pakistani knew how to face him and played him on back foot) Does anyone agree with this,

Yuvraj is still not at his best. Pakistan has played our best spinners like Kumble and Bhajji pretty well in the past, so playing Yuvraj and scoring runs against him consistently isn't a tough ask. Yuvraj still is your part timer after all means. He will often chip with wickets but he can't play alone int he team as a spinner. Not as good as Ojha or Ashwin.

Also when you are playing Rohit Sharma, why don't use him as a bowler too. I think with his current form, he can bowl better than hen can bat. May be even bowl better than Yuvraj on his days.

this is classic dhoni. when dhoni first started captaining, he would build pressure by using all the main bowlers early on and let the run rate go as high as possible. but since then, he looks to use the part timers early on and this always screws things up for him (even in ODis) because the new batsmen can ALWAYS play themselves in. by the time he brings back the main bowlers, its harder to get the set batsmen out. doesn't matter much in ODIs because the batting lineup gets the job done most of the time, but it really kills india in the t20s. these tactics can only work on surfaces that offer nothing to the bowlers, where there isn't a huge difference between a main bowler and a part timer... these paki batsmen are nothing special, and you could see that when they were facing the main bowlers...none of them had a clue, frozen to the ground, feet weren't moving, fishing outside off or just letting it go...really shot-shy. but they were smart enough to know that once you play those guys out, you can score against the part timers...which is exactly what they did. i think the seamers went for 50 odd off 12 for their 5 wickets, the part timers more than 10 an over. its too late for him to change though, he has been captaining like this for many years now. india should look to chase in the next game and throughout the series
