Please note that a number of other home grounds are included in this record. This is not even a home/away record. This has to be the most astonishing record in cricket. It isn't his fault that they play too many matches in those two grounds and they have only few grounds which is good for 5 day cricket. Why not apply these averages to Indian players? Except Dravid, No Indian player has an higher average outside India.

Well, he is still a classy player. Unfortunately for him, his team doesn't travel abroad much. I mean this guy has only played FOUR tests in Australia.

Yes Sehwag is an FTB. But Jaya more so. Their averages are all bad in Eng,SA,NZ but Sehwag ha "good" avgs in Oz and WI. not to mention an away avg of 44-45 (including subcontinent). Jaya doesn't even avg that away. Jaya avgs 38.

WI is hard to bat on. 250-300 is a good 1st innings total. Look at Aus, NZ, Pak , our tours.
