Makes the team lazy. lethargic, complacent. No energy, no drive. Pathetic cool image when need energy and passion. He has created a team were players know things not done on merit, creates suspicion, unease, complacency and lazy pathtic uninterested team. When chips are down and need to roll up sleeves and fight, this so called leader just does I am so cool and does jack. Why should he care anyway? In recent months, the only voice that has openly spoken against Dhoni is Bishen Bedi – someone who would often be laughed at in the 1990s for putting his foot in his mouth, but who remains one of the only former cricketers in India without an axe to grind and who hasn’t sold himself to the powers that be. Had limited fast bowlers but brough any with pace in and backed them. Also brought fight hunger and desire in to indian team which was never there before This KUNT dhoni has undone all of this bit by bit and here we are now. A team full of quotas, selctions based on money and favs. Team with no energy, no attitude, no fight. This Mr Cool act is pathetic. We get lasted around the park and he acts so cool as if all going well. We need a skipper who gets energy and desire in to team. Sadly his cool act is copied by players who stroll around acting calm and in control while we ghet pasted. We need a skipper who gets fight and agreesion in to team. Even Kohli has turned in to a weirdo thanks to dhoni, walking around smiling and being nice on pitch!!! He knows is untouchable and so does whole team so you see the various results from this disgusting situation of untoucahable skipper. They concentrate on licking him up the all powerful dhoni. When actually a healthy team situation has a leader who can be advised and told at times he is wrong and what should do. But players scared of this connected untouchable skipper.
