Dhoni had given up on wins - everything was about the "process", never mind that we were being whitewashed time and again and suffering inning defeats one after the other...

Let him manage that. Why put Kohli in a situation where he's to lead a team which was not selected using his inputs... Let Kohli make a fresh start later... Kohli is already cleaning Dhobi's shyte in the Test series currently.

Mindset alone wont change anything, you need skills and sensible heads too. If only mindset could do it, we would have won Adelaide.
