UPCOMING and Existing Indian Pace and Spin All rounders

Pankaj Singh was on selectors radar a few years ago and then Cheeka came along and he was discarded for Mithun, VK, ALSO HE WAS SLOWER THEN AND HIS ACTION A BIT DIFFERENT, HE HAS WORKED ON HIS ACTION AND RUN UP CREDIT TO HIS COACH PRINGLE , NOW HE BOWLS FASTER GETS MORE BOUNCE AND MOVES THE BALL BOTH WAYS ALSO HAS FANTASTIC STAMINA, HE SHOULD BE IN OUR TEST SQUAD ASAP, BEFORE ISHANT OR UMESH BASED ON HIS FORM AND HOS ABILITY.ALSO HE LOST A FEW GAMES LAST YEAR AND WAS STRUGGLING WITH KNEE INJURY.He bowls around 135 to 140 k now, can easily bowl 25 overs or more ,always bowls at the stumps and is very accurate,also being 6 6" he gets more bounce and he hits the deck.

i dont have links it was on tv..star cricket... he bowled beautifully with control and can hit 140k but forget that its the movement and bounce he got i think he hsould be ahead of ishant..

Whats even worse is that he didn't even make the A team for New Zealand. He must be feeling pretty disillusioned right now.

nah he was injured last season.. not at his best but as selectors u have to be quick guy is in form and trust me on this he bowled beautifully here i cant ask for more economy over all in match i think was under 2 rpo nine wickets....now ishant guy is coming of injury imo still bowl craps and blames luck why is he still in team?! he got 3 wickets in match where his side got bowled up 2 times and where bhuvnehwar kumar imtiaz ahmed wrenched havoc

No competeiion to medium Pace all rounders at all to Irfan......but do u guys think Varun Aroon can improve his batting Skills n become a All rounder.....somebody said that Varun bats well.

I have a better idea. what u think about Gautham Gambir?He can work on his bowling & become a fast bowling all rounder.:two_thumbs_up:

more then this it was consistency.. guy gave away nothing ...its rare for indian bowlers :giggle: @vishal yes we know pankaj is not all rounder we were dscussing if only bowling is criteria then there are better guys in our system then kumar

Bowling to bengal batsman is whole diff from bowling to top international batsman.He should have got an oppurtunity against england in tour matches for sure.

some times bowler bowls in such a way that u know no matter who played hm the batsman will get out a good spell is good spell once umove ball both ways with bounce an decent pace u will be deadly at any level ishant didnt even do this against up batsmen on friendly track :winky:

Good bowling is good bowling against any batsman. He may not get that many wickets against better batting teams, but still will be a good addition to the attack.

Sorry i did not see anything special in pankaj bowling .He is a workhorse and deserved a chance agianst england a but to say he is better than zak currently is taking it too far.
