Is Praveen Kumar best pacer in Indian FC cricket?

I think Praveen is someone we need to look at very closely for a Test spot. He thrived in the subcontinent wickets of India in FC cricket and was excellent in England and West Indies (I don't understand why people still deny this). If fully fit' date= he should be in the Test squad.
Because currently people are more worried about the speed-o-meter readings than basic aspects of bowling.

PK too lacks several basic aspects of pace bowling.

So does Umesh' date=' Ishant and Aaron. Why single out PK? I tell you why - because he bowls 130 kmph.[/quote'] No 120. If only he had bowled 130 consistently but he bowls at 120ish and that too wayward.

PK is still not bowling at the same level that he did before making his India debut. Seems to have lost a lot of his natural swing particularly the inswing. Hopefully bowling a lot of overs in domestic FC cricket will help him recover that skill. Also, he needs to work on his fitness , looks to have added a few kgs in his time away from the national side.

He's bowls far less rubbish in tests than the unlucky joker you worship and advocate before every test series.

I am not saying Ishant should play England test series. Regarding Ishant, he does not bowl rubbish, he just does not bowl in the area where he will get more wickets and batsmen cannot leave him. Other than that I we should play PK in tests against England and see what he can do.
