LEGAL - Alcohol is addictive,depressant,causes cancer and destroys braincells while ILLEGAL - Marijuana is non-addictive, anti-depressan, cures cancer and grows brain cell. :hysterical:.... Also isn't Marijuana a downer? How is that an anti-depressant? As far as Non-addictive goes...there is no confirmed study of that but will not pass judgement but seriously you need to stop watching Cheech-Chong and other stoner movies...there is no conspiracy theory behind banning marijuana,it is a mind-altering drug...For usage by Cancer and Aids patiens...fair enough ,but it should not be a legal drug.

Not just me,most of us here would offer our kids/nephwes/younger siblings a beer once they are of legal age or mature enough rather than a joint Lol. I guess stupid stoner movies influence a lot of posers to think it is cool to get high on the ganja....Mind-altering Drugs are not cool. I have news for you: stones are nothing like what hollywood potrays them to be. Being stoned makes you more giggly, fixate on things a bit and be slow in your motor control response. But it doesn't make you stupid or makes your IQ quotent go below freezing point as hollywood tries to make it out. As for which is better, i can easily produce you names of several doctors and nurses here who've been on record that they consider stoners to be far more healthier- for themselves and society- than drunks. I am sure my kids, even though they won't tell me yet, have tried both and i would rather see my son puffing a joint than getting completely drunk and having his stomach pumped.

It also is non-addictive, i can vouch for that personally. Think of it this way- 'pot' to some, is like the superb high end chocolate to some- they will consume it often and go out of their ways to get it, get a bit upset if they can't find it (or the store/dealer is out of the product) but when you go visit your mom and pops in India and cant find your amazing western chocolate, you do miss it, but don't exactly go insane/have noticable physiological reaction due to chocolate withdrawl. Exactly the same applies to maryjane.
