KT is a very straight forward poster. He maybe right or wrong but he always speaks his mind. Regarding this topic, you should try checking the excuses in this thread after every successful Kohli knock. It is all here.

Kohli's knocks in deciders/knockout matches have always been pointed out. That is just fair. Why do you don't want that to be pointed out?

I have no problems with constructive criticism. It should , Infact , be present. My issue is with some of the members ENJOYING Kohli's rare failures. He is one of the best Indian batsmen in the current team and his failures should make Indians disappointed. We should not wait for him to fail and then enjoy. Criticize him fairly with disappointment when he fails , laud his successes and point out his plus points. I will join you.

You must be joking. A third of all anti Kohli posts here have been blind hates. Your posts here have been more balanced. No issues there. I too have recently pointed out here that Kohli apparently has these lapses in concentration in tests and drops catches as well as miss out on really long innings. Weaknesses need to be pointed out but if that is the main focus then it. becomes a different issue.

Don't attempt to shift the goal posts. You should read some of insane hate posts against him in this thread with your fellow mates. I find it strange that you actually think you can dictate how cricket watchers would respond to a cricketer. It's a free world, people have the right to react to any cricketer the way they want to. There are so many anti-threads now, I don't see you going to each one of them and lecturing people. And finally, no one has asked you to join us. You can read the OP and take a decision accordingly. Why are you conveniently forgetting that it is a question you asked and resorting to personal attacks !! Strange ! I am not any cricketers' fanboy. It is a professional sport. These guys are representing my country. As long as anyone wins games for India, more often than not, or plays his part in trying to do so, I would support him. Not if his effectiveness drops and he is not taking the correct steps to solve that problem.
