SLICKR392 Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 I thought this stupid club had closed. :wall: Katy's uber lunacy has brought it back.
SLICKR392 Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 KT is a very straight forward poster. He maybe right or wrong but he always speaks his mind. Regarding this topic, you should try checking the excuses in this thread after every successful Kohli knock. It is all here. Who said he is bad? He is obviously our best bat FFS!! Kohli isn't the only player who is criticized for choking in a tourney decider. ABDV usually chokes as well. Its a very fair point being brought up. Fanboys should have the balls to take it back in the chin.
express bowling Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Kohli's knocks in deciders/knockout matches have always been pointed out. That is just fair. Why do you don't want that to be pointed out? I have no problems with constructive criticism. It should , Infact , be present. My issue is with some of the members ENJOYING Kohli's rare failures. He is one of the best Indian batsmen in the current team and his failures should make Indians disappointed. We should not wait for him to fail and then enjoy. Criticize him fairly with disappointment when he fails , laud his successes and point out his plus points. I will join you.

A third of all anti Kohli posts here have been blind hates. Your posts here have been more balanced. No issues there. I too have recently pointed out here that Kohli apparently has these lapses in concentration in tests and drops catches as well as miss out on really long innings. Weaknesses need to be pointed out but if that is the main focus then it. becomes a different issue.
King Tendulkar Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Who said he is bad? He is obviously our best bat FFS!! Kohli isn't the only player who is criticized for choking in a tourney decider. ABDV usually chokes as well. Its a very fair point being brought up. Fanboys should have the balls to take it back in the chin. Don't attempt to shift the goal posts. You should read some of insane hate posts against him in this thread with your fellow mates. Basically he was rubbish, hence you have an ANTI thread against indias best players. No fair points just stupid hate. And now all you do is try and cling on to, is that apparently chokes in finals. Even in game like this which is not a final you hate members attempt to use this to hammer him. Read some of the idiotic posts against him in this thread and you wont see your so called fair criticism!!
King Tendulkar Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Whose enjoying his failures? You are. That's hate. Hence any failure (all batsman fail by the way , just thought would mention that as you don't see to get that) you instantly bump this moronic thread. Like I stated before intelligent person would admit they were wrong and just enjoy his performances. Instead the hate is strong and instead you carry on trolling him. You are no indian fan. Just a troll!
Gollum Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Frustating to see Kohli flunk against these Pakis. Except that 183 he has been a walking wicket against them. Needs to set that record straight.
helperononline Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 I hope op was trolling why do mods allow these kind of anti threads ?

King Tendulkar Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 How can you call anyone a troll when you are the biggest troll of all? Don't ignore this question. I don't troll!! I give my views straight up. I also have no issues changing my views based on latest evidence

I find it strange that you actually think you can dictate how cricket watchers would respond to a cricketer. It's a free world, people have the right to react to any cricketer the way they want to. There are so many anti-threads now, I don't see you going to each one of them and lecturing people. And finally, no one has asked you to join us. You can read the OP and take a decision accordingly. And why don't you form a Kohli fan club and laud him there. Since you want to be a fanboy, go ahead and do your bit. :good:
Magneto Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 I don't troll!! I give my views straight up. All you can do is to go with the trend and change your opinions everyday. No one has created as many rubbish pointless threads as you have on this site.

Just answering your question about what issue I have with criticizing Kohli. as it is a supposedly a fair criticism. Why are you conveniently forgetting that it is a question you asked and resorting to personal attacks !! Strange ! I am not any cricketers' fanboy. It is a professional sport. These guys are representing my country. As long as anyone wins games for India, more often than not, or plays his part in trying to do so, I would support him. Not if his effectiveness drops and he is not taking the correct steps to solve that problem.

What personal attack? :dontknow: Since they represent my country, I would also want him to win 'key' games for the country. If they do not, I have a right to point it out. Key games would mean deciders/knockouts and Pak games.

Magneto Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 You did not even watch him bat in SA and NZ. They were key games as well Nonsense I did check the scores. I am sure he got some good scores, though India did not win anything. Nothing at all.
express bowling Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 I did check the scores. I am sure he got some good scores' date=' though India did not win anything. Nothing at all.[/quote'] Because of him ? He did not play his part ? It is after all a team game.
