Hit the deck, can swing the ball too. He is very much like Yadav of 3 years ago, similar pace and approach wise.

Yes. No one said he is a finished article yet. He is a bright prospect and this is his only first complete season as he did not play after his 3 matches in debut season because of injuries and this is his come back season.

Otherwise, there was no reason he could pick so many wickets this season while he was ordinary last season. Hooda did not much even this season and was dropped for Joginder in later stages of Ranji trophy.

Mohit plays for Haryana he is a seamer, Delhi's namesake is a debutant this season and a batter I gather

Haha yeah. But Pont is known to exaggerate a bit. Haryana have a good bowling attack now. Pity their batting isn't great.

LOL yeah, i haven't seen him play but that is a huge statement. Maybe we should take what Pont says with a pinch of salt but hopefully he is a good prospect. The thing is with all of these promising pacers and few promising spinners, we will still go with a 2 spinners and 2 pacers approach. Unless we give Jadeja a good go at number 6 and drop Ojha which would be a mistake in my view.
