Vanarp22 Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Opinions...should Dhoni be traded for Smith? Smith is better in Tests but Dhoni is better in ODIs. In my opinion I would rather keep Dhoni as he bails India out every limited-overs game.

cricketman Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 I wouldn't... whatever you all say about Dhoni (and I have never really been too big of a fan) he is the best (only?) allrounder we have produced since Kapil Dev. Even in test match cricket, he is solid behind the stumps and is very good in front of it. We seem to forget the string of hapless wicketkeepers India went through before Dhoni (deep dasgupta, Ajay ratre, parthiv patel types) before finally finding him
