Pakistan have become sub-100 specialists. Hopefully Ashwin will save us from sub-100 totals when we tour. Some of the deliveries from Steyn were sick, how can you play such big outswingers pitching at leg-stump. feck,,
India often suck while they bat abroad, but their last sub-100 score away was in New Zealand during the 2002 "nightmare" series. South African tour may be the next sub-100 tour.

^^^ Tendulkar's knock against Steyn in SA was class. I am sure the whole Paki batsmen would have been bowled out in that spell from Steyn. Pity SRT has gone downhill since but age catches up to everyone
One of the best knocks from him, one has to see the full match not just highlights to feel how difficult batting was and how he dominated the attack. We had them at 130/6 and a day remaining but then bowlers ran out of gas, else it would have been one historical innings.

Kallis was the last man standing and he was injured. One reverse seweep from him and Bhajji & the team had no clue. But kudos to Kallis and that's why I rate Kallis so highly - he almost always shows up for SA and has been a thorn in our flesh for long. As for Tendulkar innings, he weathered a very similar spell to what Steyn bowled yesterday. Shows you why he was one of the best batsmen to play the game.

He was out' date=' caught behind wasn't he? 40-odd I think.[/quote'] Nope, he scored 146. here's the description from cricinfo after he got out... That was one of the best knocks and the spell from Steyn would have bowled most teams for a sub 100 score.

If Indian batsmen are FTBs what would you term Pak batsmen? After all Indian batsmen have been termed FTBs even though they have more than a handy record in Aus, SA & Eng over the last decade. During the same time span we have seen Pak bowled out for 49 in SA, for around 100 in Eng, for 57 & 59 by Aus and these are just some examples. And the irony is Pak fans call Indian batsmen like Sehwag or Tendulkar FTBS - the guys who have scored multiple hundreds in SA, Eng & Aus :hysterical: So my question is if they are FTBs, what would you call Pak batsmen? :giggle:

I know' date=' [b']we are just as sh1t. IN fact we would have never bowled SA for 253 so we are sh1tter.
Hence the desperation. Earlier it was the usual hahahahahaha thread at the end of the series. This is effin first collapse on the second day of the first test. Talk about premature ......

Rubbish team, them.

Some of their batsmen played retarded shots' date=' Haddin like.[/quote'] Haddin's shot was a total disgrace, 21/5 and he runs down the pitch and does that! I guess Shafiq's dismissal of today is a direct comparison.
